What's already true
- A private 3.5-acre parcel set aside for the stay — not a shared property, not a spare room.
- Set inside a working ranch under active restoration — not manicured for a photo.
- Stays will include trail access onto the adjoining 55 acres — hiking and e-bike. Never sold separately, never a day pass.
- Genuinely dark skies — no nearby city glow.
- About an hour from Dallas; a different pace the moment you turn off the highway.
