Ranch trails — hiking and e-bike — come with every stay, at every tier, for the length of that stay. They aren't sold on their own, at any tier, and they're never part of a hunt. The founding member list is a non-binding waitlist only. Joining it does not reserve a spot, lock a price, or guarantee availability. Memberships, once they open, will be guest status connected to a booked stay at the cottage — not a property interest, not a standalone pass to the ranch trails, and never a hunting package. Ranch trail access (hiking, e-bike) is included only as part of a booked stay and is never sold on its own.
